A unique view over Brussels
Few people know that the Royal Military Museum provides access to the Arcades of Cinquantenaire Park, offering visitors a magnificent view over Brussels.
Our elevator takes you inside the Arch of Triumph, but to enjoy the breathtaking view, you’ll need to climb a few more stairs. You can also take the stairs all the way up (a total of 186 steps), for those who feel adventurous or are up for a bit of a challenge. The panorama only reveals itself at the very top, on the terrace next to the monumental quadriga. Please note: the viewpoint is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.
From our platform, you can spot some of Brussels’ most iconic landmarks: the Atomium, the Koekelberg Basilica, the broadcasting tower, and the European Parliament. Without a doubt, this is the ultimate selfie spot!
Access to the panoramic view from the Arcades is included with your museum ticket.
